Peter Simoneau

is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia. She currently lives in Boston, MA. Alla took ballet lessons and music lessons at the Leningrad Conservatory throughout her childhood. Alla has now participated in social dances for many years. She has also participated in several waltz performances in Europe. She began her Argentine tango training with Fernanda Cajide. Since then, she began teaching group and private lessons, she performed at many different venues, and she competed at the 2011 US National Championship in San Francisco. Argentine tango is Alla’s passion.
originally from Laconia, NH, happened to attend a milonga sponsored by the Boston Tango Society. Once there, he immediately fell in love with the beauty of tango and the intense connection dancers have with their partners and to the music. Peter began his dance training at Tango Academy in Boston with Fernanda Cajide. Since then he has increasingly concentrated on learning the intricacies of tango in Boston, New York, other US cities and Buenos Aires. Peter is also certified as a personal trainer, spinning instructor and teaching classes at various health/exercise facilities.
Over the last four years Peter has instructed group lessons associated with the New England Tango Academy, Extreme Dancesport and Dance Fever, all studios in the Boston area. Peter also teaches privates to a growing list of clients and has performed at The Tango Cafe, The Boston Conservatory and various other venues. He has studied extensively with Fernanda Cajide, Oscar Casas, Fernanda Ghi & Gillermo Merlo.
